Design 1 Happy Garden: site 1 thoughts - they have put trees on the flat area behind Clematis and Magnolia that people need to be able to walk along. The trees will also completely block the view (which may be on purpose) and sunlight entering the flats. That area is also a massive wind tunnel. I'm not convinced that trees will survive there without more protection. Some older residents are very pessimistic about tree planting after failed attempts in the past so it would be good to avoid trees dying again. The under-planting of Rosa rugosa is unlikely I believe to do well enough in the wind to offer much protection as they take root. I do like the liberal…
It would be good if the designs were labelled 1 and 2 on the pdfs as it is easy to mix them up after downloading.
